1999-2000 NHL Ottawa Senators #15 Shawn Mceachern
Game Worn White Home Jersey - Assistant Captain
Shawn McEachern was born in Waltham, Massachusetts on February 28, 1969. He was drafted by the Pittsburgh Penguins in the 6th round in the 1987 NHL Entry draft. He is a graduate of Boston University where he played with the Boston University Terriers from 1988-91. He then went on to play with the USA National Team in the 1991 World Championships and in the 1992 Olympics and was a member of the 1996 World Cup Championship team. His NHL career started with a bang in 1991-92 with the Pittsburgh Penguins where he won the Stanley Cup. He played with the Los Angeles Kings and Boston Bruins before joining the Ottawa Senators in 1996. He played 6 seasons in Ottawa before spending two years with the Atlanta Thrashers and one more season with his home town, Boston Bruins where he played his last NHL game in 2006. This size 56 CCM jersey hails from his 1999-2000 season with the Ottawa Senators. Size and CCM tags are present in the collar with the correct CCM logo in black letters sewn onto the back hem along side the NHL logo. There is nice evidence of game wear in the form of stick marks, burns and heavy inner pilling. The “2000” patch is sewn up high on the right chest and the Assistant Captain “A” is sewn on to the left chest. The original nameplate and fight strap remain. This jersey comes with a signed letter from the team.
