1979-81 OMJHL Ottawa 67's # 18 Jay Fraser Game Worn Home Jersey
This Maska knit weave jersey has the small "Maska" embroidered logos on the front and back of the jersey. These logos can be seen in action images of the players from the 1979-80 season and the 1980-81 season. The jersey measures to 48" at the chest and shows tremendous wear in the form of over 30 team repairs, stick marks and burns. The left sleeve # 8 has come loose at the base. The front crest has lost some stitching. There are two large repairs at the base of the "V" neck collar. Fraser racked up 115 and 204 PIM in the the 79-80 and 80-81 seasons.
He went on to play professionally in the Atlantic Coast Hockey League, American Hockey League, International Hockey League and East Coast Hockey League. He was a Second Round draft pick by the Philadelphia Flyers in the 1980 NHL Entry Draft.
